研究内容

生物生産施設における農産物の収穫後処理技術の最適化および新規技術の開発に関する研究に取り組んでいます。

具体的な研究内容についてはWEB上では公開できませんが、下記の研究テーマに取り組んでいます。

  1. 近赤外分光法による農産物加工プロセスの分析
  2. ラマン分光法,テラヘルツ分光法の農業分野での応用技術
  3. 混合粉体の製造プロセスにおける挙動解析法
  4. チルド包装による青果物の鮮度保持
